Even picky eaters will love this super-cute, monkey-inspired snack

My kids adore cute snacks. I adore cute snacks that are easy to make. This adorable little snack accomplishes both. These monkey crackers were really easy to throw together and the kids gobbled them right up. It was a great afternoon snack for them, and I know I’ll be making them again and again. Here’s how to make your own monkey snack at home.

What you’ll need:

  • Circle crackers—2 sizes (a smaller circle and a larger circle)
  • Peanut butter
  • 2 chocolate chips
  • Kitchen knife

1. Using your knife, spread peanut butter on the larger circle cracker.

2. Take 2 smaller crackers and attach them to the peanut butter cracker for the monkey’s ears.

3. Using your knife and 1 small circle cracker, cut the cracker in half. Stick these 2 halves on the peanut butter cracker to make the monkey’s mouth.

4. Grab 2 chocolate chips and stick them on for the eyes.

So simple, yet so cute. It also just used ingredients that I already had on hand in my cupboard. Gotta love that!
