Combine green onions, soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, ginger, lemon grass and maple syrup in a resealable freezer bag. Add salmon to marinade and shake to coat.
TO FREEZE: Press out air and seal completely. Prior to cooking, defrost in refrigerator overnight.
TO COOK: Preheat oven to 400F. Place fish in greased baking dish and brush with extra marinade. Bake for 12 minutes or until firm to the touch and fish flakes with a fork.
