A Bevvy of Celeb Moms Help Celebrate the Launch of Designer GapKids Collaboration

Famed designer Diane von Furstenberg is the latest high-end designer to collaborate with a mass retail chain, but this time the collection is for kidlets! DVF and GapKids and babyGap have partnered to bring a collection of bright and beautiful girls’ clothes, just in time for summer.

The collection includes skirts, shoes, t-shirts, dresses and more, and ranges in price from $20 to $120. It will be available on March 15.

Molly Sims, Milla Jovovich, Alyson Hannigan, Busy Phillips and more were all on hand for the launch party on March 3rd with their little girls, and FASHION sums up the event thusly:

“Guests were served gourmet mac and cheese and pink lemonade in DVF juice boxes while they decorated paper dolls, shopped the collection, and accessorized with balloon hats. Later, they strutted down a kiddie-sized catwalk, sat in makeup chairs for gloss touch-ups, and chased real puppies in a picket-fence playpen.”

Sounds like a party we’d love to crash—never mind our kids. Our only complaint? We wish there were some little boys clothes in the mix!
