Best of all it is so easy and everything you need is at the dollar store—coffee filters, markers, pipe cleaners and glue. You can also add glitter to your shopping list if you want to add some sparkle to the edges. To make really full flowers, layer smaller filters into larger ones.
Honestly, the results are gorgeous—my daughter is making a flower each for the staff at her daycare for Valentine’s Day.
