Green and ghoulish, these festive luminaries are the perfect addition to any table top this Halloween. Using some simple items found around the house and a little bit of paint, these Frankenstein Luminaries from Kaboose are oh-so-easy to put together. Just clean up some old glass jars and get ready to start painting!

What you’ll need:

  • Glass canning jars with lid bands
  • Acrylic paint: green, white and black
  • Paintbrush
  • Large, medium, and small round sponge applicators
  • Black marker
  • 2 metal nuts per jar
  • Instant grab glue
  • Clear gloss sealer spray

Once your luminaries are assembled, be sure to give them lots of time to dry to avoid wrecking their freshly painted Frankenstein faces. For full step-by-step details and plenty more Halloween crafting fun, check out Kaboose.

These are sooooooo cute. (I made candy cane Christmas Luminaries with 2 liter bottles.) I love all things lit up! <3
