Yesterday was National Chocolate Milk Day

We were experiencing some technical difficulties, so we missed telling you about it, but we feel it can still be celebrated belatedly.

To celebrate, why not serve up a glass of low-fat chocolate milk with dinner this evening? Your child will love it and it really does do a body good. Kids ages 1-3 need 500 milligrams of calcium daily. For ages 4-8 it is 800 mg and for preteens/teens it is 1,300 mg daily. One cup of milk in any form contains 300 mg. It is also being touted a great recovery drink after a sports game or work-out.
