We’ve noticed all the new TV programming for the preschool set that has popped up lately and have fallen in love with one in particular: Big & Small.
Launched last month on Treehouse TV, this sweet show follows the adventures of two best friends—sensible and prone to daydreaming ‘Big’ and the hyper and dramatic ‘Small’. We have no idea what they are supposed to be (a bear? An ant?Who knows?). What we do know is that besides the great message of celebrating differences, this 11-minute series—created by the Toronto-based Grogs puppet workshop—is just darn cute. It’s a rare kids’ show that doesn’t have parents wishing for those minutes of their life back but we’re more than happy to watch this one alongside our little guys.
