You will need:
• Dough recipe (below)
• Non-stick cooking spray
• Tomato sauce
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• Your family’s favourite pizza toppings (we used pepperoni)
Stretch dough into a thin, even pizza shape.
Coat dough oil and place on a hot (preheated to 550°F), clean grill.
When dough is firm (after a couple of minutes), turn it a quarter turn. Cover and let bake for 5 more minutes or until golden brown; then flip it over.
Top pizza with your favourite toppings. Cover grill and let cook for 7 more minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese has melted.
