Ah, the simple but so-very-versatile egg. They’re miniature nutrition powerhouses, providing protein, vitamins A and D, folic acid, iron, phosphorus and selenium.

On top of how great they are for us, they are a staple at many meals, in many dishes. We can make just about anything with them—from snacks and breakfast to lunches, dinners and even desserts.
