Family Tested Granola Bars

Granola bars should have:

  • Between 100 and 180 calories
  • Less than 8 grams of sugar
  • 4 grams of fibre or more
  • Less than 1 gram of saturated and trans fat

Note: It is not useful to look at total fat. Bars that have nuts added will have a higher fat content, but it is healthy fat.
