This recipe that we found over at Hungry Happenings is perfect for a sports fan. It’s so simple to recreate, and Dad will love waking up to a unique breakfast on Father’s Day.

A food colouring marker is all you need to transform an average breakfast sandwich into a baseball-themed meal.

What you’ll need:
• Slice of white cheese (such as Provolone or Monterey Jack)
• Large egg
• Whipping cream or whole milk
• Salt and pepper
• Non-stick cooking spray
• English muffin
• Canadian bacon or ham
• Tomato slices and lettuce (optional)
• 3″ round cookie cutter
• Red food colouring marker

You can find the full instructions on Hungry Happenings. If Dad isn’t into baseball, the website also provides instructions on how to make the cheese look like a football or tennis ball. This breakfast sandwich is a fun way to create a meal that Dad is sure to remember, and can also be used to celebrate other sports events with the kids.
