Photography by Katie Goodman, Good Life Eats

Who doesn’t love a good slice of cheesecake every now and then? It’s smooth, creamy and just sweet enough to satisfy those sneaky sugar cravings. The calories, though—they can be a real problem.

That’s why we love this simple recipe for Ricotta Cheesecake from mom Katie Goodman at Good Life Eats. Not only is a lightened-up version of one of our fave desserts, but she’s paired it with fresh fruit and skewered it, lollipop-style, for a fun treat that the whole family can enjoy.

What you’ll need:
• Whole milk ricotta cheese
• Cream cheese
• Sugar
• Whipping cream
• Flour
• Salt
• Milk
• Vanilla extract
• Eggs
• Strawberries
• Pineapple
• Chocolate ganache
• Lollipop sticks

You’ll find a detailed recipe list and instructions for this dessert over on Katie’s site. For another light and creamy dessert, try our yummy Chocolate Yogurt Mousse Cups. Delish!
