We loved our boot camp with Tommy Europe (check it out in our March issue). He motivated us here at the office to get moving, every day, hard, for at least 30 minutes (admittedly some days are better than others). Some readers have asked when he’s coming back to do another boot camp with us because they need motivation, too. Which got us wondering: what is keeping you from exercising more?
