Worried that your babe is too young for the likes of Dora, SpongeBob and the wonders of Sesame Street? While there are various schools of thought on whether or not it’s safe for babies to watch television, a new study released today by the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that television viewing during infancy does not appear to be linked to a child’s development at 3 years of age.
However, the report on CBC.ca also noted that too much TV exposure is linked to problems with aggression, learning and attention disorders, according to The Canadian Pediatric Society.
