2-Step Caesar Dressing

A classic caesar dressing made easy. With two simple steps, this recipe will add some zest to everyday greens.

Makes 1-1/4 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
Directions
  1. In a blender, combine first 5 ingredients and process for 2 minutes. With motor running, drizzle in oil.

  2. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste. Refrigerate. Keeps 1 week.
