Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix ricotta with chili, and season with salt and pepper.
Brush 6 heart-shaped moulds or oven-safe ramekins with 2 tablespoons oil and fill them with ricotta mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Let cool in moulds and then turn out onto plates. Just before serving
Mix honey, apple and lemon juices, and remaining olive oil for dressing. Add radishes and season to taste. Serve each heart topped with radishes.
