Ideal for eating on the run, this smoothie's packed with vitamins, omega-3s and anti-oxidants!
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 Cups plain yogurt
- 1/3 Cups orange juice
- 1 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1/2 Cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Place banana in blender.
Add yogurt, orange juice, ginger, flaxseed oil and blueberries.
Blend until smooth.
