From Jesse Lane Wellness Cookbook: Healthy Dairy Free Desserts
Blend in a food processor (note: use a food processer over a blender for a more ‘ice cream’ like texture).
If you wish, you may add a splash of non-dairy milk to help the food processor along; alternatively you can wait a few minutes for the bananas to soften to make blending easier. However, the less liquid you add the more of an ice cream-like texture you achieve.
Optional: Garnish with crumbled pecans.
