Gently wash and dry 1 unpeeled banana. Lay banana on counter so it's stable.
With a small sharp knife, cut a 1-inch (2.5-cm) wide strip of peel from top side of banana.
Put banana in a shallow, microwave-safe dish with exposed strip on top. Microwave on High (100%) 1 to 2 minutes, until banana is very soft.
Carefully transfer banana to a cool dish; sprinkle about 1 tbsp (15 mL) each chocolate chips, chopped dried mango and chopped nuts over exposed banana flesh.
Let cool 5 minutes. Eat banana straight from skin by scooping it with a small spoon.
