Basil watermelon skewers

After a solid stretch of beachcombing, these succulent skewers are the perfect snack

Makes 8 skewers
Ingredients
  • 1 red seedless watermelon
  • 1 yellow seedless watermelon
  • 1 bunch basil
  • wooden skewers
Directions
  1. Cut off watermelon skins and cut flesh into large chunks. Put in a lidded container and freeze for 2 hours.

  2. Skewer watermelon, alternating basil leaves in between chunks of watermelon.
