Prepare your pork chops with a simple rub of salt, pepper, and grapeseed oil for a warm and filling summer meal!
4 pork chops (roughly 3.5 ounces each), bone-in
5 Tbsp. (15mL) Aurora Grapeseed Oil
Salt and pepper
¼ cup (59mL) De Nigris BBQ Sauce
Preheat barbeque to medium heat. Rub the pork chop with grapeseed oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for twenty minutes, flipping once halfway.
