In large bowl, combine green onions, Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and garlic; mix in oats, ground pork and chopped bacon. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Cover and chill 30 minutes or until ready to grill.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–450ºF).
Place patties on greased barbecue and reduce to medium heat (325–375ºF); close lid and grill for 6 minutes. Open lid, flip patties, close lid and grill another 6 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into the centre of the burger reads 160ºF.
Place each patty in a split bun, top with 2 half slices of bacon and garnish with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce.
