Line 18 medium sized tart tins with pastry (from recipe or store-bought)
Mix the corn syrup with the brown sugar in a saucepan; cook gently over direct heat for 5 minutes; cool slightly.
Pour over the slightly beaten eggs, beating continuously; add the remaining ingredients.
Fill the unbaked shells two-thirds full. Place in oven at 450 for 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 350 F; continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
