Replacing gin with calvados makes this a sweet and refreshing twist on the classic.
- 1.5 oz. Calvados Boulard
- .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz. honey syrup (equal parts honey and boiling water)
- 3 oz. sparkling wine
Combine Calvados, lemon juice, honey syrup and ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with fresh lemon zest.
