  • 1 prepared pie crust (unbaked)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup 35% cream
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  3. Scrape filling into the pie shell and bake 40 minutes. Increase temp to 400ºF and bake another 7–10 minutes. The pie is done when pastry is golden brown and filling is puffed up slightly but still jiggly and moist in the centre. Let pie cool completely before slicing.
