The Best Chocolate Whiskey Sauce Recipe Ever

Kick up an already upscale chocolate dessert with this luscious sauce with a definite kick

  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 3 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp whiskey
  1. In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, bring cream to a boil. Add chocolate and whisk until melted. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced by half.
