Chunky Monkey Banana & Peanut Butter Wrap

These fun wraps are a tasty way to add some easy protein to a lunchbox or the dinner table. It’s one of our family favourites partly because it’s so easy to make. Easily go nut-free with soy or sunflower butter.

  • 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1 large whole-wheat tortilla
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  1. Spread an even layer of peanut butter on the tortilla. Lay the banana towards the bottom, straightening it slightly to remove its curve. Tightly roll the tortilla around the banana.

  2. Slice into rounds and serve.
