Cinnamon Butter

This sublime concoction goes well with our Slow-Cooker Banana Bread, but would also be fantastic on waffles or simply slathered on toast

Ingredients
  • ¼ pounds unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons quality honey
  • ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Pinch kosher salt
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and blend, using a spatula until well mixed. Serve butter room temperature, alongside banana bread. Cinnamon butter is also delicious served on pancakes or waffles.
