Cranberry Energy Bars

Feeling low on energy while at work or training at the gym? Here’s a quick, no-bake recipe that’s also easy to make. The best part? It’s gluten free!

  • 250 ml (1 cup) almonds
  • 250 ml (1 cup) Dried Cranberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) grated unsweetened coconut
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) mini dark chocolate chips
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse a few times, then continue blending until the ingredients start to form a ball.

  2. Spread mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap using a spatula.

  3. Form into a giant bar, wrap and chill in refrigerator at least an hour.

  4. Cut to desired size, wrapping each bar in plastic wrap, then store in refrigerator.
