Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) almonds
- 250 ml (1 cup) Dried Cranberries
- 250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) grated unsweetened coconut
- 60 ml (¼ cup) mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse a few times, then continue blending until the ingredients start to form a ball.
Spread mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap using a spatula.
Form into a giant bar, wrap and chill in refrigerator at least an hour.
Cut to desired size, wrapping each bar in plastic wrap, then store in refrigerator.
