French Fries to Flax Seeds
Combine quinoa, juice, and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 min, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff with fork, and let cool.
Combine quinoa with rest of the ingredients. Served cold or at room temperature.
