Crostini Topped with Buffalo Ricotta Salata, White Peach and Honey

When cut into cookie-cutter shapes and topped with sweet peaches and honey, this is a kid-friendly palate pleaser. Cream cheese is a worthy sub-in, if ricotta can’t be found.

Ingredients
  • 6 slices sturdy bread
  • 6 tbsp buffalo ricotta salata
  • 1 white peach
  • 1 tbsp honey
Directions
  1. Toast the bread slices. Cut the toast in shapes, using a cookie cutter.

  2. Spread ricotta salata over toast pieces, top with two slices of peach and (just prior to serving) drizzle with a small amount of honey.
