Clean and oil the grill. Preheat to 400F for direct heat cooking.
The burgers will need 6-7 minutes per side.
While the burger grills, go ahead and fry your eggs on a non-stick pan on the stove top. While I do this, I also like to prepare my other toppings, having made my bacon guacamole and pico de gallo ahead of time.
Pile your egg, burger, cheese, guacamole, tomato and onion on a whole grain ciabatta, top with pico de gallo and another bun. Voila!
