No better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than with one of Mexico's most popular drinks. A Paloma (pigeon in English) is a Mexican classic. It's not only easy to prepare but it will also win those who don't like the taste of tequila.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Espolón Tequila Blanco
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Fresca or Sparkling Grapefruit Juice
Directions
Rim highball glass with salt.
Shake Blanco and lime juice over ice and pour into glass.
Fill remainder of glass with Fresca or Sparkling Grapefruit Juice.
Garnish with grapefruit peel or wedge.
