Fabulous Cheese Fondue is an amazing blend of cheddar cheese, Gruyère cheese and blue cheese.Set it and forget it! Anything would go well with this cheese Fondue!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1/4 pup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the Crock-Pot® stoneware. Cover cook on Low 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
