Ingredients
  • 2 tsp (10mL / 10 g) Aurora Mediterranean Sea Salt
  • 1 box (20mL / 260g) Aurora Fettuccine
  • 4 tsp (20mL) Alessia Pesto Alla Genovese
  • 1/2 cup pecorino cheese, freshly grated Fresh basil
Directions
  1. Bring 1 L of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 tsp (5mL) sea salt. Add fettuccine and boil for five minutes or until al dente.

  2. In a large bowl, combine fettuccine with pesto, stir and add fresh grated pecorino cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
