Split rolls and spread cheese on each half. Layer each half with 2 ham slices, some arugula and fig. Close and wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap.
Per sandwich: 490 calories, 12 g fat, 115 mg calcium, 885 mg sodium, 66 g carbohydrates, 4 g fibre, 28 g protein; good source of folate, magnesium, zinc and iron.
