Forty Creek: The Whisky Welder

From From Forty Creek Whisky

  • 1.5 oz. Forty Creek Copper Pot Whisky
  • 0.5 oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. chili syrup
  1. Build cocktail in shaker and shake with ice. Serve in a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a chili.

  2. Variation: top with ginger beer for a long drink. Serve in a high ball glass.
