Purée soy milk with 1 tbsp ground flaw and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Add 1 tsp of honey to taste.
Fill a Thermos 3/4 full. Leaving lid unsealed, freeze overnight. Smoothie will be drinkable by noon.
