Frozen Soy Milk Fruit Smoothie with Flax and Frozen Blueberries

Ingredients
  • Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp of honey to taste
Directions
  1. Purée soy milk with 1 tbsp ground flaw and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Add 1 tsp of honey to taste.

  2. Fill a Thermos 3/4 full. Leaving lid unsealed, freeze overnight. Smoothie will be drinkable by noon.
