Fruity Yogurt Oatmeal

A quick and delicious nutritional boost to ordinary oatmeal.

  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • half kiwi, diced
  1. Prepare oats as per package directions.

  2. Add yogurt and fruit.

  3. If desired, top with walnuts and a sweet drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Nutrients Per Serving

333 calories, 11.5 g fat, 142.5 mg calcium, 44 mg sodium, 50.0 g carbs, 6.9 g fibre, 10.8 g protein; excellent source of vitamin C; good source of iron.
