Cut off crusts of sandwich bread. Use a rolling pin or wine bottle to flatten bread slices.
Spread red pepper jelly over ⅔ of each slice. Arrange slices of brie over jelly and trim ham slices to cover.
From the side opposite the uncovered part of the bread, roll bread tightly, jelly-roll style. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and thread onto skewers.
