Ham & Brie with Red Pepper Jelly Pinwheels

Transform a regular sandwich by rolling bread into fun pinwheels. Threading these rolls onto skewers makes this meal perfect for kids

Makes 16 pieces
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper jelly
  • Brie
  • Sliced ham
  1. Cut off crusts of sandwich bread. Use a rolling pin or wine bottle to flatten bread slices.

  2. Spread red pepper jelly over ⅔ of each slice. Arrange slices of brie over jelly and trim ham slices to cover.

  3. From the side opposite the uncovered part of the bread, roll bread tightly, jelly-roll style. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and thread onto skewers.
