Put all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and turn on mixer until dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
Add olive oil and beer, continue to mix until a ball of dough forms. If it's a little dry, add a more beer or warm water. If it's a little sticky, sprinkle on flour. When you remove the dough from the bowl, it should be sticky but not leave anything on your fingers or in the bowl.
Stretch dough onto greased cookie sheet or pizza stone.
Top with bbq sauce and other ingredients.
Cook for 30-45 minutes at 400°F until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
