Leftovers can sometimes be better than the dinner itself. This delicious sandwich can be made with any greens you prefer and last night's lamb. Soft naan bread adds something different than your average sandwich bread. Spring lamb can be great for those wanting to try something new for their dinner table.

Prep Time
5 minutes
  1. Spread some mayonnaise or any sauce you prefer on soft bread (naan or pita work well).

  2. Add grilled red onions and your favourite greens to naan along with some, leftover lamb.
