Pre-heat waffle iron.
In a small bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk almond butter and eggs together until smooth. Add sugar and buttermilk and stir.
Add dry ingredients into wet and stir until just combined. For best results, let batter sit 15 minutes.
Lightly spray heated waffle iron with oil. Ladle batter onto iron, being careful not to overfill. Cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small pot over medium-low heat, warm combined jam and maple syrup. Drizzle over warm waffles.
