4-6 cloud bread slices
Prep Time
10-15 minutes
Cook Time
15 – 20 minutes
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ¼ tsp. of baking powder
  • 2 tbsps. of cottage cheese
  • Tools
  • Mixer & mixing bowl
  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon
  • Cookie cutters
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325°

  2. Break and separate three egg whites from their yolks.

  3. Place the yolks into the measuring cup with the cottage cheese. Mix the egg yolks with the cottage cheese to make a smooth, light, yellow mixture.

  4. Add ¼ tsp of baking powder to the egg whites and beat them with a hand mixer until they become light and fluffy. Slowly flip the bowl upside down. The egg whites will stick to the bowl if they are ready.

  5. Pour the egg yolk and cottage cheese mixture slowly onto the fluffy egg whites and fold with a spoon.

  6. Place the parchment paper on the cookie sheet then place your first cookie cutter on the paper. Add the mixture into the cookie cutter shape as desired. Repeat until the baking sheet is full, making sure to leave space between each cloud. When finished, place the cookie sheet into the oven for approximately 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
