Cut 4 pitas in half; open up pockets.
Spread insides with tzatziki.
Remove reserved chicken from skewers; cut into slices.
Fill pitas with chicken, dividing evenly; add baby spinach or salad greens, sliced cucumber and tomato and shredded carrot.
Serve at once with pasta salad.
