Montreal Smoked Meat with Brie & Red Grapes

Sure, your kid likes sandwiches, but ham and mustard is rather boring day in and day out. Expand your adventurous eater’s palate with this flavour-packed sandwich.

Makes 1 sandwich
Prep Time
5 minutes
  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, or a bun
  • 1 tsp honey mustard
  • 2 slices Montreal smoked meat (45g)
  • 1 slice brie (20g)
  • 10 red grapes, halved
  • 1 piece romaine lettuce
  1. Spread mustard on one side of each bread slice. Top a slice with lettuce, meat, brie and grapes. Close sandwich with remaining slice of bread and cut in half.
