Serving: 2 cups or 2-3 servings
- 2 containers, iögo Protein-e Vanilla or iögo Proteine Black Cherries
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk or vegetable drink to taste (soy, almond, rice…)
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) oatmeal
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
