Oatmeal Express – for Tomorrow

Simple, refreshing and delicious, this overnight oats recipe has loads of protein and is a great way to kick-start your morning.

Making breakfast the night before is the ultimate morning time saver. This recipe is both simple and delicious...what more could you want?
Servings
Serving: 2 cups or 2-3 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 containers, iögo Protein-e Vanilla or iögo Proteine Black Cherries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk or vegetable drink to taste (soy, almond, rice…)
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) oatmeal
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) vanilla
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. Keeps up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
