Combine all ingredients except avocado in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Add avocado, toss gently and serve.
Nutrients per serving (2 tbsp): 49 calories, 4 g fat, 1 g protein, 4 g carbs, 2 g fibre. Nutrients per serving (with 4 large shrimp): 133 calories, 5 g fat, 19 g protein, 4 g carbs, 2 g fibre. Excellent source of vitamin B12.
