Pancakes with Strawberries & Honey Syrup

Delicious pancakes covered with sweet honey and strawberries on top.

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 3/4 Cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 11/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinches of salt
  • 1/2 Cups milk
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • honey
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & egg in a bowl.

  2. Add the milk & beat until the mixture is thick & smooth. If the batter is not smooth, add an additional small amount of milk.

  3. Prepare the stove by turning on to medium heat.

  4. Put a frying pan on the stove & add 1/4 cup of batter to the frying pan.

  5. Heat until the top of the batter starts to bubble. When it starts to bubble, flip the pancake over to brown the other side for approximately 4-5 minutes. If both sides are not golden brown, then heat until the brownness is desired.

  6. Place pancakes on a plate. Cut up 4-5 strawberries & place on top of pancakes.

  7. Drizzle honey over top of the pancakes.

  8. Makes approximately 6-8 pancakes.
