Nothing beats the combination of peanut butter and banana! This ice cream is ready in minutes and is the perfect healthy treat for a hot day. It really does resemble soft serve ice cream. It is great on its own or topped with peanuts and raw cacao nibs. This recipe is raw, vegan, and gluten-free.
- 4 bananas, cut into quarters, frozen
- 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until a creamy soft serve constancy is reached.
Scoop into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
